Tandem’s expansive range of testing equipment and capabilities allows us to tailor testing to our customer’s specific needs.

Our data acquisition systems allow us to measure everything from temperature to current. We use these systems to test coolers, HVAC and refrigeration equipment, vending machines, dispensers, recirculation systems and much more. We are not limited to any given product. Tandem has the in-house capability to design electronic boards for individualized and customized testing.

Tandem also utilizes two large in-house, state-of-the-art environmental chambers to simulate various climate conditions. Our chambers enable us to test at temperatures ranging from -10°F to 130°F. They is capable of maintaining a relative humidity from 10% to 95%. The chambers are also equipped with a water recirculation system that can sustain temperatures of 75°F to 105°F.

To ensure the integrity of the data obtained, a comprehensive evaluation is performed on all equipment prior to testing. At the completion of testing, results are thoroughly reviewed by an experienced engineer. 

All testing performed at our facility is concluded with a formal report. The report includes raw data, an evaluation of the results, and recommendations, in an easy to understand format. Photographs, graphs, and diagrams are included to visibly convey all detail and allow for a quick assessment of the overall test results.
